We are not able to expedite the board’s decision for approval. Board members have 30-days (from the day it is received by the board, NOT from the day it is submitted) to review applications. HELPFUL TIPS
- ONLY ONE application is required per unit. You will find space to list ALL occupants in this single application.
- All information is requested by the association, so it is important to complete all of the required fields and upload requested documents before submitting.
- You will be able to Save and Resume Later after you begin if necessary.
- Incomplete applications will delay the application being forwarded to the board for review.
NOTE: Most Community Associations require that you complete a background check. You can access the designated provider once you discover if your association requires background checks on the next page.
These checklists will assist you with gathering necessary information and documents that will be requested when you begin the online application. Having this information on the same device you will use to complete the application will save you frustration and time.
Lease Approval applications require a Lease Agreement between the property Owner and the Renter. This must be a fully executed agreement drawn up by your realtor or landlord. The LEASE AGREEMENT below is provided ONLY IF YOUR REALTOR OR LANDLORD DOES NOT PROVIDE ONE.
