Lease and Purchase Approval Application Fees

Property Keepers employs dedicated staff to assist applicants with submitting and processing Lease and Purchase Approval Applications. This Application Fee includes a charge for processing each application and a Background Check with USSC as a part of the application process. 

We have partnered with United Screening Services Corp (USSC), a professional background screening agency, to provide criminal and credit background checks for all applicants and additional occupants 18 years of age or older.

Lease and Purchase Approval Application fees = Property Keepers Processing Fee + USSC Background Check Fee.

These fees will vary depending on Citizenship and Marital status. US Residents should select the Domestic tab below to process their application. Non-US residents should select the International tab below to proceed. Each tab will allow you to select Single, Married or Additional Occupant.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
You MUST Access the United Screening Services Corp site from this page ONLY. These links will list all properties managed by Property Keepers in a dropdown menu. Accessing the USSC site by other means may result in excess fees and delay your application approval.

On the USSC page select ‘Apply’ next to…

  • Single Application if you are unmarried
  • Married Application if you are legally married (you will be required to submit a Marriage License)
  • Additional Occupant Application if you are 18 years of age or older and sharing the residence with a Single or Married Applicant

Use this link to complete the DOMESTIC Background Check ONLY if you reside IN the United States.

Use this link to complete the INTERNATIONAL Background Check ONLY if you reside OUTSIDE the United States.

Refunds Policy Acknowledgement 

Selecting CONTINUE acknowledges that you have been informed that ALL fees associated with a lease or purchase application are NON-REFUNDABLE, including the application processing fee AND the background/credit check fee.

Hadley Village Lease Notice

Prospective tenants for Hadley Village Community must provide a copy of the lease within 5 days of executing the lease. The lease cannot be for less than 6 months. The Owner must be current on his HOA dues.

Submit the lease to the Applications Department at Applications@property-keepers.com.
