The Parties concur to make the following alterations to the Original Agreement:

Summary: Providing requirements for certain community association managers and community association management firms; requiring certain associations to post certain documents on its website or make available such documents; etc.
Response: Property Keepers has expanded our partnership with Enumerate to significantly improve the functionality and current services provided. We are actively moving from the Enumerate Central platform to Enumerate Engage. This upgrade in our management technology is a significant improvement to the current toolset that includes a community website option that meets and exceeds the legislative requirement.

How much will this cost?
This upgrade to support your community will be an additional $50 per month.
Will my association have access to a custom website if we don't sign the addendum or pay the addtional $50?
No. Property Keepers is providing access to the custom website as a regulatory requirement and value added service for you. We have incurred an increase in our negotiated contract with Enumerate in order to provide this. The minimal cost is passed on to the association for such a robust addition to the community.
When will we have our custom website up and running?
Enumerate has done all of the work in the back end to have your custom website available immediately once we have received the signed addendum.
Do we need a web developer or programmer?
No. When activated, the website will fully integrate with all of your password protected owner and association information accessible. No additional work is required to access this information. There will be some minor effort that requires virtually no web programming skills to add features or adjust images and themes on your site.
