Make a Payment

There are three options for submitting a payment for your association fees. Scroll down to view them all.

Pay directly to your association via SouthState Bank.
Pay through your association’s payment portal – Engage.
Send a check to Property Keepers.

IMPORTANT: This payment option is ONLY available if your community association uses SouthState Bank for association management business.

Selecting the SouthState logo will allow you to Login to your SouthState Bank account OR open a ‘Find Your Account Number‘ tool. 

On the SouthState Bank ‘Find Your Account Number‘ page you will need the following items. Once you obtain these items click the SouthState logo. 

  1. Mgmt Co ID: PKML 
  2. Assoc ID: See instructions below
  3. Homeowner #: See instructions below
  4. Email Address: Owner’s email address

 Instructions to find your Homeowner #

  • Log into your Engage account
  • Select MY ACCOUNT (Upper right side)
  • Select Profile from the dropdown
  • Make a note of your Account number (Account number NOT Resident ID)

 Instructions to find your Assoc ID 

  • Begin typing your association name in the [Search] box below
  • Make a note of Property ID. This will be the Assoc ID

Hadley Village Lease Notice

Prospective tenants for Hadley Village Community must provide a copy of the lease within 5 days of executing the lease. The lease cannot be for less than 6 months. The Owner must be current on his HOA dues.
